It's a race car. Old 911s aren't fragile in general. Close a door it's shutting a bank vault. Magnus could stand on that fender and be fine. Real race cars shouldn't be treated with white gloves. Now if this was a Lotus video? Then yeah, I would be standing back.
Glad you got to drive the RSR Magnus. While enthusiasts always eulogise over the 2.7 RS, the RSR experience is on another level. Slide throttles for razor sharp response, 100hp more, underpinned by superior grip and braking. It's my favourite Porsche alongside the Carrera GT!
this video was que'd in my list to watch for the past 2 weeks. It does not disappoint. I was never a fan of 911 Porsche when I was younger, but that was then. This car is awesome, love the color, love the story. Not yellow like a canary, more like the yolk of an egg. Beautiful :)
Magnus, you inspired me to get my display, investment buy Ducati out and get her moving again! You said, there is no purpose in having something special if you aren't going to use it. Something like that anyway. Love the videos and your style. Thank you man!
I guess, if he bends it; or does anything to it, he has to funds to fix it again. Also, a car meant to be driven and used - I hate to see cars in show room condition all pampered up. It feels for me, its just an ornament. All my cars have battlescars

The reason the speed limit is 20mph in London is because they knew the frame rate on your camera would perfectly capture the rolling art of those Fuchs wheels at that speed.

I love Magnus, but I think he missed the point...he thinks this car ACTUALLY raced in the 1960s. This is a 73 that was converted to RSR spec so the FACTORY could go racing. This wasn't an actual RSR that raced in the 70s, lol. (Not that it isn't real, but its not a historic racecar either, its a historic street car, like a 959 or f40)
