I just ran across this guy and I've watched a lot of his videos..and as a firefighter he hits a lot of the points we need to train and how to do so..most people don't understand the physical and mental demanding job of a firefighter but he does and i really appreciate it..I'm looking forward to working with his company, great videos
Hey Matt I think a bad ass video, you could make a “pre meet ritual” video what you do the night before and at the meet. Wear your lucky socks what food you eat on meet day etc. love to see what you did back at 308 and when you went raw and how they differed
That is an absolute great idea mate! I'm just as curious as you especially when it comes to me going for new 1 rep maxes, i always wondered if strict diet is still important the day before or the day of a meet, or is it just important to get the calories in.

Just simply walking backwards has been a crazy change to my daily walks, yep walking backwards. I’m now up to 50/50 on my walks of 3 miles and noticed a huge difference Different but the same. Try it.
Rope swings are a killer...I recently incorporated them as I was looking for something that would give me some GPP without putting more work in my legs as I am running as well...
Does the sled rip up the sidewalk? I love sled work and I have a 30m, concrete driveway. Doing pros and cons of traditional sleds or the wheeled variety.
Matt do you have a video where you talk about louie's lactic acid threshold training or that topic in particular? What's your take on that and How does that work?

I have made a sled out of an old tire and straps...it's cheap and silent if your worried about noise or footpath...sleds are sentaitonal...
