"A new hand touches....hey wait where are you going?" - Meridia, probably Anoriath, the Bosmer, is the Brother of the Guy that owns the hunting shop in whiterun "The Drunken Huntsman" it is called, right up front of the Whiterun Gates
Man I’m loving this series! The lawbringer mod combined with the armor and city overhaul makes so much more immersive. I hope you join the legion, come home to Whiterun, get promoted, buy and furnish Breezehome, and adopt Lucia.
Just want to say your videos have given me a new urge to dive back into Skyrim. I've downloaded quite a bit of immersion mods so my playthrough is far from vanilla, however your videos have inspired me to give skyrim roleplay a deeper effort on my part vs taking what's on the surface. Currently a Breton spellsword named Mikayla Highborn who is trying to find her purpose in Skyrim after being left for dead. She joined the companions and has taken to developing a strong bond with Njada Stonearm. (she is much friendly in my playthrough due to mods). Together they worked their way through the ranks (a longer companion questline mod) until Mikayla became Harbinger. Now she is determind to restore Whiterun to a place of peace and tranquility. her current goal is retrieving Nettlebane and restoring the Gildergleam tree. This of course mostly inspired by your videos, so thanks for giving something fun to watch and returning some passion to the game that made my childhood and reminds me of a time when life was not so complicated. ❤💙
Love the series. That Whiterun armor mod is awesome. It looks glorious. Thanks for your commitment to the roleplay. It would be nice if game designers would build story arcs like this in games. Have fun and thanks again.
I absolutely love that Luka looks like the main character in a series but he’s just the loyal and handy sidekick. Although, he does a whole lot more damage than kicking sides. lol. If he kicked my side my whole ribcage would just exit my body lol
def should continue the series, join the legion have some civil war mods installed to make it better and more fun, been a while since a character was developed in phases and arcs and such.
You know, while they never say anything about it in the game... Embry to me always looked about the right age to be a Great War survivor. I don't begrudge people who went through that sort of thing being a drunkard. We know from say, the Court Wizard in Dawnstar (I forget her name) just how horrific it was as she's one of the few who actually talks about what the battles were like in any terms what so ever (vague at they are, it suggests the horror of the real world counterpart of the same name). There's just something about various characters that always lurks in the back of my mind in skyrim. You basically see a few age brackets in game. Children that seem to be about age 5-10 maybe. Then Young Adults perhaps in their teens to 30s at most. All would be too young for the Great War 20 years ago. Then you have a bracket of people who are like age 60+, who were probably too old for the Great War. And then a scant few that are between about late 30s to 50s that probably did fight in it. Some confirmed like Noster Eagle-Eye in Solitude. Some I only presume like Embry. Just something that always lurks in the back of my mind when I'm interacting with NPCs, particularly when they seem to have trauma or not, or are hawkish or not, etc.

Truthfully a White run guard would have innocently grabbed the beacon.
As a guard you gotta confiscate Dwarven goods, too, if you’re working with the Legion! No way bandits have an Imperial Charter! Lol
I genuinely love these career series. This game is still fun even 10+ years later
The Meridia’s Beacon dodge haha

May I ask for the longer Companions questline mod?

I was thinking, the "Lawbringer" mod could be a good addition for this playthrough. Capture areas and claim it back for the city.
That's what he's using, I think.
He's using it already, can't remember anything even remotely close to a time stamp but he brought it up last episode.
He said it in the last episode
17:31 owner of drunken huntsmen`s brother, he has a stall next to the old lady in town selling meat
Luka is a monster in all the best ways. The best sidekick a man could ask for.
Not surprised at all this is turning into a proper series at this point.
You're probably having so much fun role-playing lol I would
Another day, another chance to ignore meridia's beacon lol
You’re not taking stuff. You’re taking evidence!
6:19 soy boy conjurer vs giga chad whiterun guard. What could go wrong?
We definitely need life as an imperial soldier and a life as a stormcloak series
Fortunately for Embry, Laziness and Gluttony aren’t crimes.
