the actual PINK DRINK at starbucks is the strawberry acai refresher with coconut milk. Like if you order "the pink drink" they will know what you're talking about. but I LOVEE the passion tango as well, i will have to try your version! Thanks for sharing!

@brittanydawnfitness if you add one pump of vanilla syrup for the sweetener (or a stevia version of vanilla) then you will be shooketh! It is incredible!!! Literally my obsession of a drink :) and it's pretty in pink!!!

Could you add a link to the calculator on the Starbucks website? I can't seem to find it. I can find the individual drinks, but I can only change the size of the drink and the type of milk in the coffee drinks. I can't find how to figure out what the drinks would be unsweetened, or half sweet.

I've noticed that you never show how many calories are in your food and drinks. Do you not keep track of that? I'm a new sub so if you've talked about this I apologize.
Ali 137 Ali 137 The macros do that for you... that's what she's tracking. Each gram of protein, carb, fat, etc are equal to calories for example each gram of carbs equal to 4 calories & so forth. So by an estimate of the macros on this drink would equal to 42 calories hope that helps :)
I know that you have mentioned that you have scoliosis. I do as well in which I didn't even know until my plastic surgeon pointed it out a couple of years ago! Do you find that you have to modify any of your workouts? If so, could you please do a video on it?! Thanks 😘

Ohhh you know what would be a fun video !? What about a full day of eating (same macros, fasting times , etc) except you do new meals/ snacks you have never done before !! Like a day of trying foods! I've done that before and it felt weird but it was super fun haha just to break my routine ! It felt weird eating cereal for breakfast 😂 just an idea ;)

that’s not a pink drink.. the pink drinks is strawberry acai refresher but with coconut milk instead of water. there is no sugar added to that bc the strawberry açaí comes in a juice box and actually it’s not too bad for you as it is. the starbucks coconut milk and soy milk isn’t that good for you bc there is sugar added in those the almond milk is the only one that has nothing extra added.
also if you’re looking for caffeine the passions tango is not caffeinated whereas the refreshers are. there is a big difference between the actual pink drink and passions tea with coconut milk.

CougarBeautyReview I've gotten almond milk, coconut milk and soy milk at Starbucks and I don't really taste a difference solely due to the milk lol. I've just been off cow milk for a while though so because of that. But maybe it depends on what drink you get too because things like fraps are so rich in the sweet stuff they add in the type of milk barely makes a difference.
