    In the video if not mistaken i heard you say 1 grm with 50 litres and another time 1 grm with 10 litres, which one is correct pls.?

    Hi mate love the video iv just done the first dip 2 days ago all fish are well but I notice since iv dipped 2 of the koi have white spots on take fin any advice thanks

      @@TheBaldingReefer should I go for the second dip tomorrow as the first one seem to have brought it to tha surface shall we say and I had a lot of fish come out of the dip with the brown on them and all the rest are doing really good don’t need 2nd dip only the 2 with white spot

      No mate as carp pox is just like a colsore I’m humans, does not harm the fish and no treatments agasint it mate

    I'm having an issue getting rid of costia on a fish used 2 treatments of fmg it has reduced but still on fish, would this kind of treatment help?, thanks for the video.

    Hi great video.would dipping new koi be a way of ensuring you don't introduce parasites to your pond

      I wouldn’t recommend pp dipping all new koi as it’s a very strong treatment

      You should always QT your new fish even if its from a good place! at bare minimum, ill salt dip/bath new fish

    Why can’t you pp with salt in your pond is this to do with oxygen??

      That's exactly right mate, creates a reaction and zaps all oxygen out the water

    Hey again :) In your video you say you used 1 gram per 25 liters of water and then later on you say you used 1 gram per 10 liters of water. Your description bar says per 10 liters. Could you please double check that?

    Sorry mate you can use salt with pp you can not use salt with formalin

      @@TheBaldingReefer and putting air in to pp is not doing anything mate as pp strips the oxygen out the water to kill bacteria and parasite

      It aids the fish though and will add a little oxygen in there mate, I get it strips it, but keeping a koi in pp water for up to 7 minutes with no air stone can kill it

    Great video can I ask I have icb tank sunk in garden with goldfish Blackmore shurbumpikns one of my large goldfish fantail is grumpy sits at bottom the other fish move him around I did take out and treat for swim bladder heated large tank and just feed peas he ate but seems sleepy I have purchased pp would you recommend bath for him as I have some salt in pond and have put tetra pond treatment in already have changed water if so I'd like to maybe dip him would a few minutes like you did be good as iv had now for over 4years and he's big and he's normally the first up 👍

      I would advise a 2 minute dip on that as your doing everything else spot on and that should sort him out

      If the wound appears to stay the same or gets worse then another dip would be needed pops

      You'll have to check what plants you have so you know what's a safe treatment level to use buddy

    Is this safe for platies and other live bearers? I'm treating all of the fish in one of my tanks by extended soaks for parasites, any tips? I have a miligram set of scales and will follow the measurements to a t but wondered if there's anything I should look out for.

      Just make sure there is plenty of oxygen in the water mate, follow the instructions to a T and you'll be fine

    Use it all the time.. I swear by it.. Not everyone is a fan.. Hard to get most meds for fish without a license.. I get it at a water treatment facility.. Much cheaper.. Big container.. .

      No buddy it’s not, using pp crystals you have to use warm water

    You say PP has a bad name because ppl dose wrong
    Then you give advice of 1 gram per 50L
    Then 1 gram per 10L
