You got that right haha! This thing is ridiculously sharp! I'm looking forward to getting a Mora someday. Thanks for the sub, it's very appreciated 👍 Thanks for watching 🔪⚔️🗡️!
i have that knife. if you remove the thumbstud before sharpening you can keep the scandi easier. i actually just removed it permanently and open it two handed.
Yes this blade is crazy sharp! It's almost a shame to use it haha. It does feel very light but I think that's a good thing. The Taiwanese definitely have a great knife making game! Thanks for watching 👍🔪⚔️🗡️!
I had one of these. It was actually one of the sharpest knives I've ever encountered. Cold Steel has to come out with a 4" version in a better steel. Even better than Aus10.
Hey, I legit picked this knife up for $35 last week. It's a great everyday utility blade. Nothing special. But I wasn't looking for anything special other than edge retention. Check out Project Farm's new video about budget knives that he just uploaded and it seems like you can't really go wrong with any of the $30-40 blades nowadays. They're all pretty great quality knives now, lol.
Yes, it's very inexpensive. That coupled with the fact that it's so light makes it a great value! And this scandi grind is something else when it comes to sharpness lol. I'll be sure to give that channel a watch 👍. Thanks for watching 🔪⚔️🗡️👍!
I have one and love it, it was razor sharp out of the box. But the Scandi grind is somewhat delicate. After using it to cut heavy-duty weed eater string I found the tinniest of rolls on the edge. It probably makes sense to put a micro bevel on the edge if you intend it for hard use.
GI tantos were better when Lynn was in charge, now the heattreatments are worse, more models made in china the machetes that were made in south africa were way better now they are different steel and made in china... Cold steels downfall is happening
Man I hope not lol. Im holding out hope that things will remain at least somewhat the same. I just received a Cold Steel tactical Katana machete today, luckily it has South Africa stamped into it 👍. Thanks for watching 👍🔪⚔️🗡️!
Yes exactly!! This spine is so dang sharp it would be a crime not to try lol. I'll be using the Ferro rod that came with my Bushman, since it's broke☹️. Thanks for watching 🔪⚔️🗡️👍!
beautiful color
Blue is my favorite color! It stands out from other knives. I also like the orange handle version 👍.
Thanks for watching 🔪⚔️🗡️!
Cute knife.
Thanks, and thanks for watching 👍🔪⚔️🗡️!
Be careful. Scandi Grind knives are highly addictive., new subscriber

I have this knife. Blade is phenomenal. Scales are a little light but overall it's a keeper. Cold Steel knives made in Tiawan are excellent.

I'd definitely buy that! Maybe G-10 scales with some S35vn👍. And yes, make it a 4" or bigger.
