Yeah, I had B.W.'s in my garage too. Turns out that there was a BIG female laying eggs. I guarantee you have a bunch more than you've seen. When working there put a rubber band around your pants legs , and wear leather gloves. I found my culprit inside a frame rail. Make sure the door going into the house is well sealed across the bottom. They LOVE to hide under propane tanks. Good luck.
Its usually dry to the touch by the evening, i didnt have to use a space heater or anything. However letting it get air helps (leave garage open at least a bit) I didnt have a floor squeegee but would highly recommend one! (Its like a mop but with a window squeegee on the end, a big 24” or 32” one is very nice for the garage)

Just curious how long it takes to dry the concrete and do you use a heater to help dry the space.
