Best demonstration I’ve ever seen of someone who doesn’t have a clue how to do the job. Jeez!

Just use the correct grade,a good decent oil,not cheap but not expensive & do it before 5,000m, your car will last for many, many years my friend. Check the PCV too, clean it out....don't forget that.

4.4 quarts with oil filter replacement, 4.1 without replacement. Magic marker your 5 quart jug at a bit over halfway between bottom of jug and first quart line indicator. Personally, I like to stop around 4.2 to account for residual old oil in the engine and sloping ground, then add last 0.2 after driving and letting it sit overnight.
Oil plug torque setting is 26 foot-pounds (ft/lbs). If no torque wrench, generally tighten until you can't anymore. But really, do yourself a favor and spring for a $50 torque wrench, if you're changing your own oils you'll use it a lot. Never drop a torque wrench.
Hand-tighten oil filter tight until you can't move it anymore, but never overtighten. Oil change shops like jiffy lube overtighten so owners wanting to do their own changes give up and take it to the shop.
The 2017 Yaris iA owners manual is worst I've ever seen. Expect to google and TH-cam most things on this car.

Btw if the oil drain plug is a hex nut you’ll need an 5/16 Allen wrench to take it off

Is it manual too? There's barely any info about these cars at all and I have been curious how to do all fluids
