Iv always been impressed with the panorama towers for those big balcony spaces in your units that give you the views or the strips!! If I can ever win the lotto, I am there for sure, or the new fancy neighborhoods out in the mcdonald highlands area.
@@courtneybentley I guess I’ve just never been fan of the different turnburry properties. MGM has worked well for me. I looked at trump a year ago or so and thought it was a nice property with some good views if you got high enough up
Where would you rank Palms Place? I've heard that there were a lot of parties there from AirBnB renters disturbing other tenants. Do you know if this is still true? Thanks for the videos! Very informative!
High, I’m actually in escrow on a unit. Vegas is a party town, I feel the buildings calmed down post covid. I’m guessing this was during pandemic when vegas was one of the only places open to have any fun on the west coast?

Quick question about these 8 high rises, which ones of these high rises have parking garages that are prone to flooding? Some of these buildings have underground or subterranean parking and with recent heavy rains, has any of these suffered some flooding?

I think i would prefer the Veer towers over Waldorf Astoria. I imagine that the Waldorf amentities is way more packed with the hotel guests.

Yes you know there was flooding. If you do not know look it up.
