The home Mahlkonig is around 500 or so. Mahlkonig is the king of grinders.

I got standard burrs but on the gen 1 I had the ssp high uniformity
Gen 1 a few faults, in fact almost unusable. Reviewers should not recommend products that are below par ie below good, or

Is it louder than the Eureka?
Idk that's a good question if I were guessing I'd say it's louder then the eureka but I'll let u know when I do my comparison
based on a quick researck, the Eureka operates at 1350RPM (give or take) and the DF64 runs at 1400RPM (give or take). So, I guess it should not be that much louder, but the Eureka does have that noise shield thing. I have a Mignon Facile and would be interested in moving to the DF64@@JoeyVaracalli
@@DavidRBermudez yeah I was gonna say the noise shielding and cunstruction of the machine can make a huge difference I think the eureka is quite but slower based on my morning test
Interesting...also, given that the Eureka has smaller-sized burrs has something to do....I think a bigger burr will yield better results in the long run even if it makes some noise. Im used to the cheap store-bought grinders which make tons more noise, so, anything quieter than that is fine for me. Thinking about using the Kruve sifters?
