Baricitinib is not available in India anymore. What is your take on Tofacitinib? Can it be translated in the same way? I am observing good response with it.

sir, do you think every person in india can afford this crazy expensive medication. it is more than 2k usd for 30 day course.
it also has side effect that includes viral reactivation

If some one has completed remdesivir in 1st week without remdesivir. And disease is still progressing so can it be started latter with dexamethasone???
