  • Riso RZ 200EP: Step-by-Step Guide - Ink, Master, Paper Insertion & Copying Tutoria
The Riso RZ 200EP is a digital duplicator used for high-volume printing and copying. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to insert ink, master, and paper, and how to make a copy using the Riso RZ 200EP:
    Inserting Ink:
Open the ink drum cover located on the front of the machine.
Take the new ink cartridge and shake it gently to distribute the ink evenly.
Insert the ink cartridge into the ink drum slot, ensuring it is properly aligned and securely in place.
Close the ink drum cover securely.
    Inserting Master:
Open the master making unit located on the top of the machine.
Place the master material (typically a master roll) onto the master making unit. Make sure the master sheet is correctly positioned and properly aligned.
Close the master making unit securely.
    Loading Paper:
Open the paper tray located at the bottom front of the machine.
Adjust the paper guides to match the size of the paper you want to use.
Place the paper stack into the tray, ensuring it is neatly stacked and not exceeding the maximum paper capacity.
    Close the paper tray securely.
    Making a Copy:
Power on the Riso RZ 200EP by pressing the power button.
On the control panel, select the desired copy settings, such as the number of copies, image density, and paper size.
Press the "Start" button to initiate the copy process.
The machine will first create a master (stencil) based on the original document.
Once the master is ready, the Riso machine will automatically start the printing process using the master and ink to create the copies.
The printed copies will be collected in the output tray located at the front of the machine.
Please note that the specific steps and user interface may vary slightly depending on the model and version of the Riso RZ 200EP you are using. It's essential to refer to the user manual or the operating instructions provided by the manufacturer for your specific machine to ensure proper usage and maintenance.
