Jagitiani comments on carpet area that the purchaser has agreed to. It's a fit case how a purchaser will agree to his carpet and monetary loss. That itself shows that the agreement was made where the purchaser had no say but it was signed on dotted lines by the purchaser. And as already discussed in your earlier videos the as far as agreements undertaking etc. the whole process and the roles of purchaser and the seller is in reverse order. The Bankers point can be easily proved if you call for the circulars of the banks for due deligence. A single point will suffice that bank has to release their part of disbursements stage wise. And mind you this stage wise disbursements are made along with inspection reports acertaing the facts of completion of stages. Its a open secret that lodha never allows inspections for security reasons he is such a nice guy . The builders, the bankers, the channel partners, made good business without delivering the fair goods to the consumer. I can sum up the whole business strategy of Lodha is to market with all the extravaganza. Remember Amitabh and now I am not sure is it Aksay If this extravagant money would have been put for value addition it would have been benefited to the people at large. Justice Patel has increased our faith in judiciary. It's very sad and no words are harsh enough to condemn our media government and politicians who were totally unaware of this battle for the public at large. Our fourth pillar of democracy had nothing to say on the matter, not to mention their special supplements on housing, legalities etc etc special editions. You have made lot of vedios on judiciary. Please make videos on lawyers also how they thug their clients by remaining silent. You have already got a taste of it. Please also show the video to Justice Patel where a battalion of security guards threatens you to leave. This is the respect he gives to his customers.
Please make the videos of around 11-14 minutes. This will draw you more audience , which is the need of the hour. May be two videos , one in detail and another one thats a deep-dive.

Rao has bought in front of public and judiciary the reality of Lodha who thinks he is a king and can do dadagiri .Rao and people like Rao exposing such builders should be given noble prize but in our country we should expect the opposite.Going through these court cases is not an easy job
