Most winners of most prestigious piano competitions don't have 1/1000th of this level of musicality. We have some amazing musicians too, but honestly, it's probably less than 10 living pianists worth listening to if you're into music and not mindless beating of the piano.

The Rosary Sonatas (Rosenkranzsonaten, also known as the Mystery Sonatas or Copper-Engraving Sonatas) by Heinrich Ignaz Franz Biber are a collection of 15 short sonatas for violin and continuo, with a final passacaglia for solo violin. As a former "classical" guitarist (I played mostly late-20th and early 21st-century music, but with a great affinity for Renaissance and Baroque music), I've been listening to Diaz-Latorre's music for some years now. He is truly a marvelous musician. This piece is new to me, and really exquisite.
