Great video exploring another residential option! It was well presented and we will visit the area this October to see for ourselves this beautiful area.
I love this video! So informative love James and Yalina! I would love to hear Yalina thoughts more and just love James. He is great! I was looking to go there for retirement but afraid that it did not have Community. So glad to see this video!
The email promoting this video altered our longer term plans of staying in PC indefinitely, so I'm looking forward to the video for some additional confirmation!
@@tarynnicosie4874 yes. you take it at La Dona Shopping mall in 24 Diciembre (name of the area) pay $1 dollar up to the entrance of Los Altos de Cerro Azul
Interesting looking at this again after my wife and I had a PRT private tour recently. We were told there was "nothing worth" seeing in the gated Country Club" area. Seems that there is a big disconnect between the video and what we were told. In fact the video is why we took the tour as Cerro Azul seemed to offer amenities through the country club area which would enable a nice balance given the relative isolation of upper Cerro Azul.
The Country Club area has a golf course, swimming pool, equestrian center, big restaurant at the country club, and some beautiful. There are weekly activities at the Country Club too houses.. As it says in the video, you will need to drive about 15 minutes to other amenities.
I made the trip to Boquete in April. Wish that I had heard about this option. Looks like I need to make another trip!! Fantastic video. Thank you Jackie.
Nice video. I would love to check out that country club location. Being in such a quiet location yet still so close to a major city is a great blend. When I finally get to visit Panama I will try to visist Cerro Azul. I guess I would need the help of Google Translate though !
Hi! Thanks to James and Yalina we will be visiting Cerro Azul, at an AirBNB, the first week of September! Would James and Yalina be so gracious as to be able to meet with us while we’re there?
Curious as to how close the area is to a beach, and which beaches are closest to the area? I do want to be able to get away to the ocean often. James and Yalina, excellent video!
live in a National Park, but be an hour away from a major city? Yes please! Only problem I can see is if I want to have pets, that could be a no go, because of the National Park? Thank you James and Yalina!
Is there other areas in the highlands of Cerro Azul that are not included in the national park with communities available? I would like to grill and cook outside but James said that was prohibited.
Yes you have to keep going up the mountain but the availability for rentals drastically decreases. You can buy your own lot and build your house up there too
Your explanation and coverage of Mt Blue is fantastic. I'd like to see a complete view inside the $750 apt. It looks like the place my passport should take me. But what are the full time resident requirements? Thanks

Grilling and cooking outside is allowed on your own property, only campfires/open pit fires are not allowed.
