    Hi Lauren. Just discovered your channel. This was a great practice for anyone with GI issues. I have pretty severe IBS and always looking for routines to help. I also like what appears to be a Gibson Hummingbird acoustic guitar in the background. I couldn't tell... you posted this video in portrait rather than landscape mode. I had a hard time following you because even on a 24" monitor in full screen the vid appeared small. I hope your other practices and routines aren't like that!
