I love the one and two bedroom apartments , but I don’t see any shower enclosures. So when I take a bath the whole place will just wet up.

You need to be more specific when showing the rooms. What about the noise from the road below. What is the cost to buy a similar 2 bedroom/2bathroom on a much higher level to avoid the road noise that you are not mentioning.
Thanks for the feedback and suggestions, a one bedroom on the top floor is for sale at 4.5 million baht, in terms of mentioning road noise the only real way to determine if it’s a problem would be to spend a night there, while filming with the balcony door closed I didn’t hear any noise from the road
Thanks for highlighting Tara Court a complex I did not know about until now. Good location, nice amenities. I wonder though about the asking prices. Seems like the complex you reviewed in part 1 in Cosy Beach is a much better deal IMO. Also I think for the 2bd unit you quoted a higher lease price for low season compared to high. 🙂

I looked at google maps for you and it's a twenty-minute walk to the beach straight down the hill or about four-minute drive. Also, about ten-minute drive to Jomtien Beach. Three-minute drive to Pattaya Park Night Market.
