Ren posted 8 Chapters, videos of him reading tbe detailed story of his 8 years of nightmare trying to get a diagnosis and treatment. They are raw, honest. Gut wrenching and beautiful. He is doing this to fulfill the promise he made to the Lyme/Me community when he was very sick. If he got out tbe other side, he would not forget and would use his platform to shine light and hope. He has been in further treatment for 17 months now and will have to deal with autoimmunity the rest if his life. But he can make the most beautiful and important music available now. Ren is an independent artist, and wants to remain that way. It allows him to schedule his work around his treatments and also assures he can say what he wants. The downside of that is there's no huge commercial machine pushing out ads and appearances. As you said, that means he's relying on us to spread the word.
