That fireplace is nice looking, the shelves add contrast and depth to the corner. You are going to enjoy that with a good cup coffee. Enjoy watching this channel
What beautiful countryside. I wish you had a D6 Cat for a month to see what all you got done with it.😬A good enclosed cab UTV might be pretty handy there as well too. If only money grew on Cacti! 🤪👍Keep on keeping on Simon👌
It is a beautiful place. Thanks for following along with the project as always. I think I would rather have a 4500 excavator for six months. The pond would be a beautiful sight for sure.
You know how it is when working on something. When you think it's going to be easy it's not but sometimes you get lucky and it is. Thanks for following along as always.
I just wish I had more time to dig on the pond. Like you said, the site has a bunch of potential. I just need the catchment in place. Thanks for following along with the ranch build as always.
@ourrockydreamontheelephant4188 I have seen it hit 0° Fahrenheit one time, but that's rare. Cold is a blessing for some fruit trees, though, as you know. There's always a good side if you look for it.
Lol, I don't know that I would call it that. I put the gate up to keep hunters from getting close to the house. Thanks for watching as always, and thanks for the laugh.
Good question, and thanks for following along with the project as always. The average rainfall is ten inches per year. That varies quite a bit, though. I've seen some years. The ranch received 16 inches, and I've seen years where it received 1/2 an inch.
This was educational. I enjoyed it. Thanks.
I like to throw in s few thoughts here and there. Thanks for watching the project as always.

Good Morning! Thank you for sharing!
Good morning to you as well. Thanks for following along as always.
Our terrian is so similar yet so different. Beautiful scenery and diverse vegetation.
Yes, I think the ranch gets a bit colder than your area, though. Ten Fahrenheit is the normal low and 3 inches of snow.
@TimelineRanch that's wild, we get about 28 at some periods and very little snow, except one time.

I didn't realize your ranch was in a gated community . . . fancy.

Thankyou 😊

Thanks for following along as always. One less thing on the to-do list.
That was a fun ride. Really nice, tall Yuccas at 1025. How far past the gate is the County Road?
It's about 500 feet. Thanks for watching as always.
how much average rain fall you get a year

Is that ashe juniper?
Yes it is. The area does not have very many thought. You only find a few in the rainy weather creeks. Thanks for watching as always.
@@TimelineRanchdo you have any pinon remota?
@cedarchoppincartographer Not that I'm aware of. I still haven't taken the time to explore all of the property, though, so maybe.
