  • A yoga nidra practice allows us to relax so deeply that we enter a state of awareness similar to the moment we experience just before we fall asleep. This state allows us to remain connected to our awareness of the self that is separate to the physical body, thoughts and mental chatter.
    In this space we will repeat a positive affirmation three times. You might like to take a moment to think of your own positive affirmation relating to your own fertility journey or struggle, or you can repeat the affirmation I use.
    By doing this we release what we wish to create into our subconscious and trust that when it is said. So it will be.
    Knowing that we can let go of all the striving energy towards it and instead move gracefully towards this positive reality by resting in awareness of our true state.
