Hi there, thank you for sharing your knowledge. Very valuable. Once quastion I have. If I didn't mixed up the injectors, is it still necessary to do recording. I just started my Z19DTH after full engine repair, but the injectors are over fuelling ( I didn't replace the nozzles yet). Thanks
If I buy a new injector, will this injector have it's own number? Every injector has it's own number right? All these number are registered in the ECU? What if I buy a non original injector Ridex for example and not Denso will it also have its number eventhough not being an original injector?
Double check the code on injector. Or try that code add in different cylinder. If it works then could be wiring issue. If not then check the part number which is in my case is 159. Might be injector fitted from different car.
@@korayevcin1900 if it's not made for your engine type then you won't be able to code it with Vaux-com. You will need to reprogram all fuel system including the fuel pump pressure and many other things you will need to replace to get it running properly. And anyway, then you will need all injectors with same code which in my case you can see on top of the injector code there is part number which ends with 159. Those last 3 digits must be the same for all injectors.

Well they need to be coded. But over fuelling can cause bad injectors too not just the coding. Try to code them and then check them.
I see the option RESET ECU, in what case you need to reset the ECU
Thanks
As far as I know then if you replace ECU from different car then reset function is used
Shoud we also code the switched Ignition Coil?
Not aware of that but I believe that yes they needs to be coded as they do the same function

Each injector have own serial number(code).
Plus if you send the injector to repair or recalibrate they gonna regenerat a new code , so thee code on the injector will not help u
Would the engine still run if injectors replaced but not coded?
Sure it will working but not corectly. Without coding can misfire some injectors.
I tried to put a second hand injectors on a z19dt without coding and couldn't start it
please make video with DPF regeneration.
My car have removed DPF that's why I'm not able to help with that. I can make video where you have to go in op-com to do that if you want.
Does petrol injectors needs programming
Never tried on petrol cars
Do you need the car key pass to do this
All you need is turn on ignition
@@--unknown-- thanks appreciate it

hi. 1st injector coding fails. others are ok. what could be the reason?

thanks. What should I do if it is installed from a different car?

These last 3 digits are all the same. but 1st and 3rd injector coding cannot be done🤷🏼♂️
@@korayevcin1900 could be wiring problem. Quite common issue. What is those last 3 digits?
