My personal favorites may seem small but have a homey look that feels cozy to me and that's the beadboard wall paper on the kitchen cabinets and the stop top cover you diy'D. Both such cozy touches.
You've worked hard and it shows. The whole home has your hands of love all over it. I also especially love the front porch. The transformation is lovely and again, so relatable to how most of us live.
Lastly, I drink iced coffee year round, yes even all winter long, but here in Central California our winters aren't too harsh. I brew my coffee nightly in our little 2 cup Mr. Coffee we've had for better than 12 years. Then I pop that little coffee pot into the fridge and it's ready early morning for me. I love it ☺️ and yes, you're RIGHT, my Folger's brewed at home is PENNIES on the dollar if I bought it ready made OR stopped at the drive thru.

I redid my moms mobile home a few years back! Lord it was a job! Pulled out the garden tub/ shower combo, had a crack. Replaced with corner stand up. You are very talented! I so need your energy!!!!🦋🦋🦋

You have done such a terrific job! I LOVE FIXER UPPERS! Our home was owned by the same family for 50 years. It was vacant for 4-5 years before we bought it. We got a great deal in 2019 just before the market went nuts. Another great video!🦋

Thanks for giving us an updated home tour. Fairly new subscriber & you gave me ideas for my mobile home as well. I just converted my middle bedroom into a storage also & ive been complaining of no freezer room in our kitchen so thanks for the idea of putting a stand up freezer in there. Idk why i never thought of that...lol!! I also like how your shelves go up to the ceiling for no wasted space. I have a tip for your landry...buy a blackout certain for your landry room that goes all the way to the floor....it holds the heat from the dryer in & keeps your house much cooler in the summer. So same concept your using for the sliding glass doors!! Thanks for sharing...you have me so excited. I think ill go to Sam's Club now & buy that small stand up freezer!!👍😊 PS great job on all the work you've done & also 💯 agree with you on the older washer & dryer. Mine lasted me 40yrs before I had to buy a new set & guess what....I didnt go buy new ones either I replaced them with refurbished old ones👍👍👍

You should seriously be so proud of yourself for all you have done for the home. And what an amazing daughter you are to help your mom out with the updates. Washer: I want a new front load so it won’t get unbalanced when I was bedspreads and quilts. I have a dog and stuff gets dirty. Tired of the top load washer getting out of balance.

You can paint those cabinet glass with chalk paint. I live in a mobile home and had that type on mine. I used Annie Sloan paint . It’s high quality . You can paint anything with chalk paint. You can put a sealer over it so you can wipe them . I wish you Gods favor . Good job on everything 👍

My in laws mobile home has carpet in the bathroom too and she hates it! Their tub sticks out into the middle of the huge bathroom and it's all carpet! Crazy! Lol. Your home looks great I've been following along for all the projects! 🦋

Have you looked into buying a modular home? Sure, the site prep will be a little more involved, but I bet you'll like it more. I don't know whether the water table in that part of GA supports having a basement, but that would be a bonus.

On the cabinet doors with glass fronts...I had lovely purple orchids on mine but I couldn't afford to replace them. So I painted the glass and wood with Kilz then painted over that with oil based paint . You can probably use water based as well. They have held up fine and I don't even notice the outline of the orchids unless I look for them.
I like your videos and your energy for getting things done. As i watched today I realized you have a lot items that could probably be sorted through. Keep save donate. You would feel so good after cleaning through things.

I recently bought and moved into a 24x48’ mobile home with 6 cockatoos. First 2 months were a major money pit( home is only 3 years old). Now I’m putting in new flooring all throughout, then new countertops and finally bathroom makeover as I’m disabled and a fall risk, the tub is too tall to keep stepping over without falling, so a walk in shower is in store.

For my iced coffee I save our left over morning coffee or I make a pot of stronger coffee and store it in a glass jar in the fridge. It keeps well and I just add the daily leftover coffee into the jar. So I always have some and am not wasting any coffee. I then just use hazlenut creamer from Aldi. 😋

Wal Mart sells window tint. It may help with the French doors. It cuts down on a lot of the heat. I had to do it for my storm door. It's Auto tint, but it comes in a roll. Just cut to fit. I hope that helps.
