- To set up port forwarding for Assetto Corsa, you will need to follow these steps:
Determine which port Assetto Corsa uses for multiplayer connections. By default, Assetto Corsa uses port 9600 for TCP and UDP communication.
Access your router's administration panel. This can typically be done by opening a web browser and entering your router's IP address into the address bar. The IP address is usually printed on a label on the router itself, or can be found by typing "ipconfig" into the Command Prompt or Terminal.
Find the "Port Forwarding" or "NAT" settings within your router's administration panel. This may be located under a "Advanced" or "Firewall" menu.
Create a new port forwarding rule by specifying the port number and the IP address of the device running Assetto Corsa. If you are unsure of the IP address, you can find it by opening the Command Prompt or Terminal and typing "ipconfig" or "ifconfig", respectively.
Save the new port forwarding rule and restart your router to ensure that the changes take effect.
Once port forwarding has been set up correctly, you should be able to host or join multiplayer sessions in Assetto Corsa without any issues.

If you are using an MI-FI SIM in a phone to share WI-FI, then yes no page will appear you need a router

then maybe its from your ISP side are not enable the services
its already successfully registered to the lobby, but i can't join, my friends too. When i do port checker, 8081 and 9600 are closed
This is depend on your ISP if its enable or check the port forwarding on your router if configured properly
@@kuyajulz i've finally solved the issue, its because there is another port forward setting in my router setting, i tried delete the port forward, and everything works normal right now. fyi its my dad's port forward setting, he use it to connect cctv with handphone to watch my dog lol

tried all of this and still not working it says error invalid port forward. i have done this before on my old wifi router but the new one doesnt want to work with it idk what to do?

@kuyajulz I've done everything in the video and done the port forward to how I think it should be but isn't working.
@@bradley7019try put your tcp and udp allow in firewall outbound and inbound, and make sure your anitivirus has no vpn enabled

hi i did it all, but when i try open the 'AssettoServer' application, it just opens for a split second then just disappears, any help?
You should install all .Net Runtime Version 6 & 7, .NET Hosting Runtime v7.0.4, Runtime v7.0.5 as requirements after that you will see it will run. you can find in my server tutorials in my video description or uploads
i've done that, now that's done in my server log it says "Error executing critical background service" @@kuyajulz . any help?

the gateway is your home router IP address.

@@RC_Car61 there is a server invite link when you run the AssettoServer, just copy that or click + ctrl it will open in another browser tab

@@RC_Car61 if you type ipconfig in your command prompt in your windows you will your gateway ip, then copy that in your browser then you can open your router admin in 2:25
