About LBP being dead. I mean it sort of is, as are the characters I had there, but I guess I could start a series on TH-cam showcasing the past adventures I imagined for them. It will take time to rig the videos though. As for what others are doing to keep LBP alive, don't worry, a select 0.1% still play.
I grew up with LBP, good game, truly. I think I was playing LBP 2 , and my dad had a love for it too, we would always play 2 player mode together. Its been a while though and my PS3 is broken so I cant play it anymore but I still hope that the game doesn't die off.
People who say the community is still alive are lying to themselves. There are certainly those who are still active within what's left of the community, but in comparison to what it was, the community is VERY much dead.
@@4zy1SABA was dope but it wasn't 2 or 3. People who wanted a creative tool didn't have much to get out of SABA and people who like platformers are spolied for choice on pc. People who ask for lbp on pc don't want just some random game with sackboy branding (not to say saba is bad its just not a replacement for 2&3)
@@4zy1 well in my opinion sackboy is expensive (at least for me) and it's not our littlebigplanet, honestly i think littlebigplanet 4 will be succes if Sony take care of it . Releasing this game for pc's will restore old players without new console (like me XDDD) and get new players. For ME it can be super option :D
Officially? Yes. In terms of the community and custom servers? No. Even if Sony doesn't make any more LittleBigPlanet content, the community will. As long as there are people who still care, LittleBigPlanet will never die.
Apparently the server that has all the user generated content is still up, it’s just the LBP3 specific servers that were taken down forever. So that could mean they are saving it for a potential 4th edition to the series…
I miss my childhood. LBP2 probably had the most playtime, from me out of the trilogy. I miss my PS 3, as that's the only system which I had LBP2 on. Lbp3 was great, but it didn't have the same simplicity and it wasn't as stable. Cheers to whatever MM is cooking up, and I hope it's something that inspires generations as much as the LBP franchise.
Considering it took me a solid two years to get a PS5, and the hwy were sold out everywhere around where I live.. I don't think PlayStation will ever die on my lifetime. Unless Sony pulls a ubisoft and royally fucks over there fanbase.
@@nonspecificnonsense6780 lbp union has a patcher that edits the Eboot file in the game's file and redirects the url from the official (now defunct) servers to the servers they set
I appreciate all the little big planet games, I love all of them, LBP2 still my favorite. I really miss the servers going online. I tried opening up community tab in LBP3 and did not work, all it said was error code, anyways goos video
New video!
Thanks for watching!

I yearn to be creative again, the old days of lbp2 we're so precious to me. I really do hope they're making a new game or SOMETHING.
Sadly it’s the final nail in the coffin for LittleBigPlanet😢
Agreed 😔👍

About that...
Servers dead, the community is still alive.

Sony just bring it to PC. Sales will skyrocket and old fans will return. Why can't you just understand that?
Bring it to PC, make lbp4, dont rush and Advertise It more!
they uh, brought sackboy to pc and that absolutely _bombed._ it got only around 40,000 sales while other games ported to pc got over 500,000.
Bruh they did. It didn't work out though.

This game is Nostalgia
We just gotta sellout restiched so Sony will see the profit that can be made off of a lbp game
Sadly, they won't care for it
It's too late for LBP.
It is, and i am the first one to cry about it. But we must get over it.
I 100% sure lbp isn’t dead
Oh god );
Well now they are 😕
When I was like 4,
I could not afford lbp 3 on my ps3… so I played the demo! I completed it like 20 times with my friends
I haven’t played the demo, but cool!

Still playing these games. Four controlers on my lap to get the x4 player items in LBP2 so I can get everything imported to my LBP3 game

Littlebigplanet will always be alive in my heart
I Think Sony might be preparing something for if PlayStation starts to die
They're too busy peddling current day politic stuff to care about their other IPs
I doubt it ever will

we must believe
we
must
It’s been announced the servers are not coming back
I didn't know it would end so soon
I hope for lbp4 and new rayman
Can't play lbp mfers when they realize that custom survers exist:
how tho
