About 10 years ago this woman at my work came to my desk in secret with 5 $100 target gift cards, and said she needed to redeem them to “Agent Walker from the FBI” or get arrested within hours. I refused, told her it’s a scam and she was terrified for weeks that she would be taken away in cuffs in front of her kids.. for no charges. Thanks for turning the tables.

He will sit there and say “okay, you KNOW the reason this account has higher interest is because it’s locked in for 3 years, right? You KNOW there’s a penalty for removing the money early, right? Then they’re back in a month wondering why the money is locked in.

I was half asleep still, and because of my brain injury, I didn't realize what was going on until after I gave them my card number! It’s sad how bad people don’t understand their own finances. My nephew is a financial advisor. He will sit there and say “okay, you KNOW the reason this account has higher interest is because it’s locked in for 3 years, right? You KNOW there’s a penalty for removing the money early, right? Then they’re back in a month wondering why the money is locked in.

I was half asleep still, and because of my brain injury, I didn't realize what was going on until after I gave them my card number! Called the bank and got my money back, but they continued to call, threatening to have me arrested. I hope you realize how much you mean to people like me. Please, never stop what you are doing. Hopefully, with the advances in A.I. technology, you will be able to retire soon!
