Harry’s certainly got that camp fire bread making sorted down to a T 👍 well done it can’t be easy on a camp fire. It looks delicious 😋 can’t wait for the video on it. Enjoyed the video as always. Stay safe and have fun 🤩 From Brighton, UK 🇬🇧
Wow what a big tree that one was . And thanks for being so great of ambassadors for the over landing community as a hole by helping others out along your journey . Really always enjoy your videos for the great over landing adventure you share with us . Thanks and cheers from Steve Stott in Sutherlin Oregon U.S.A. :) :) 🌍🍻👍🏼😁
Howdy Landies! Tag your it! Finally caught up with y’all! Thanks for sharing all of your adventures! Appreciate the content and choice of music! Saddle up n ride on!
Another great one you guys. I used ro read The Famous Five as well, also The Secret Six 😊 Literally a corrugated road at 13:20 😅 Looking foward ro the next one.
Yes guys, it’s a big no no to take firewood out of the bush. Actually probably illegal. It must be left to rot a disintegrate to nourish future growth.
Well done for helping that guy. Just out of interest there sometimes wildlife on that cut line, I’ve seen herds of elephant and many types of small game, so it’s a pity that guy you helped left the wire lying there as that could be a death sentence for some poor animal. Kukonje is a magical place. The pebble beach is near the entrance where you turn off of the cut line, where you drop down onto the pan. All the best and safe travels.
If we can help we always try to, there was a wire fence running along the full length of the track so maybe that’s why he decided not to pick it up, we aren’t sure. Ahh okay, we must have not really noticed the pebble beach. Too mesmerised by the pans! Thanks for your comment Bruce ☺️
@@TheLandyExpedition I know what you mean. Been there so much and every time it’s mesmerising. Very glad you got to Kukonje and experienced it. That fence used to be on both sides of the road and maintained to prevent the spread of foot and mouth. I think the elephants are mostly responsible for the damage to it. Safe travels guys and all the best
Love the videos and your travels My wife and me traveled from John O Groats to South Africa overland in our Defender 200tdi in 2007 If you get to KZN and need a place to chill you can stay on our small holding for as long as you like - definitely no charge
Love the content! Very inspiring! I'm getting my Defender back this week from the garage (hopefully). Got a trip to Third Bridge (Moremi), Khwai and Chobe in March. Then in June we're doing CKGR (Deception Valley) and Nxai Pan.
Another great video guys! It was somewhat nice to see another place in the world, as the uk is cold dark and damp currently. Look after yourselves, I would have ran a mile with that snake 🤣
Enjoyed the video. So enriching. What happened to the snake by the baobab tree? Couldn't have camped next to where I first saw a snake myself. Thank you so much guys.🇧🇼🎊🙏
Beautiful and so isolated. Is it very hot during the day. Also does it get cold at night. Drought in Botswana effecting your travel. Thank you for sharing the trip details.
Another awesome video!🎥👌 Thanks guys.🙏 Please excuse the question from someone who has never been there; but is there any danger of bandits while camping wild in that part of Africa?
more scenic and beautiful
☺️🙌
Great that you guys had the tools to help those guys get the wire off!!😁
It was so great we could help them out ☺️
Good Samaritans, well done!
We try. Thank you!☺️
This was interesting…camped by the snake?
Haha no we moved to a different baobab tree 😂
The maps work soooo well, gives extra context. Great episode guys.
That’s awesome to hear! Glad you like it!☺️

You guys do know we don't scrimmage of wood in our African travels. Always take enough wood with you that is sold outside the parks.

Okay, we understand. Thanks for this ☺️
That time of the week again! 👌

Haha we are picking it up 😂
Another great video guys! It was somewhat nice to see another place in the world, as the uk is cold dark and damp currently. Look after yourselves, I would have ran a mile with that snake 🤣
Thank you! And such a different place from anywhere you can visit in the UK.
Hahah we did go and camp at a different baobab 😂
Enjoyed the video. So enriching. What happened to the snake by the baobab tree? Couldn't have camped next to where I first saw a snake myself. Thank you so much guys.🇧🇼🎊🙏
We drove to another baobab tree. Away from the snake and didn’t see another! Thank goodness 🤣
Awesome episode again 🙌🙌
Thank you so much ☺️
Did you make sure the snake by the tree was gone before you setup camp next to the tree?
Good episode 😎👍
We actually moved to a different spot 😂
@@TheLandyExpeditionI would have also...miles away. 😊
Was he grayish green with the inside of its mouth black? If so don’t get within 5 million miles!

Such a beautiful spot! You are very right about the temperate change!
Thank you for your comment and for watching our videos 😀
Your mum read Enid Blyton’s famous 5 to you …nice
Yeah ☺️
Are you guys going to Angola aswell??
Big respect for your pronounciation of boesman and Afrikaans name. Take a lot for UK people to do so.
We may visit Angola we haven’t decided yet! Thank you so much 😄
Another awesome video!🎥👌
Thanks guys.🙏
Please excuse the question from someone who has never been there; but is there any danger of bandits while camping wild in that part of Africa?
Hey thanks so much!
Not really.. Botswana is very safe. Plus the salt pans are so remote and harsh that people don’t tend to be out there..
cheers 😀
H
No snakes comes in the truck or around u ??
Not that we saw!😅
👍🏻
☺️
An island without water around it. You won't see many of those.
That’s for sure!
I would never park my car anywhere near where a snake 🐍 has been seven 🫣
Hahah we did park a bit further away from the snake 😬
