So new to EMDR. Yes, very nervous about this in my practice even though I've been a clinician for many years. Thank you for the encouragement. Sometimes protocols can feel quite intimidating.
Thanks for this! I was trying to Google the Flash Forward article you mentioned and couldn’t find it. Can you provide the spelling of the authors name please?
Does this mean that one could process feelings of unworthiness stemming from trauma by using emdr and installing “I am worthy” while holding an image of the success and life one wants to create? Thanks

Thank you for this video. I’m wondering, when you talk about consultees, are you talking about certification Consultees or CIT‘s? If you were talking about consultees for certification, would your advice to use the future template in any phase/prong, be in accordance with the basic protocol? My understanding is that when providing consultation for those going for their certification, fidelity to the model is essential. Can you please speak to this?
Great question! In all of my consultation groups, I teach consultees not only how to utilize the basic protocol, but also how to develop sound clinical reasons for when modification is needed. Fidelity to the model, no matter what, is NOT always clinically ethical. Our commitment is to be thoughtful, ethical clinicians. If a client cannot start in the past prong, we start where they can start (present or even future). You can learn more about that here: th-cam.com/video/23cPDn6kZuI/w-d-xo.html

Does this work with fear of public speaking
Fast or slow BS with future template?
