What are you using on that cottonball at 4:01 to clean the soles? Omg, them shoes look good!
It is a thinner:)
if you're using paint thinner to "remove" the stains on the rubber they should have been repainted as well. if the shoe is restored again there won't be a layer between to protect the actual soles from dirt so it may not be so easy to remove next time :(
