Alot of these are showing trespassers and stuff going on farmers fields. I don't think that's a good idea considering not all land is open and free anymore.

@D is a number I'm not sure what a "sugs" is , but you can get a 125cc. Bike for around $1200 America dollars here.. I'm thinking about getting another 250cc in the next month or two.. watching all these videos gave me the "dirt bike" fever..
@D is a number 125 2 stroke would be alright. stay away from the chinese bikes. xr 80, xr100, xr 200 would also be a decent starter bike.
