How does the policeman know how fast you are driving? Here, in Spain, you can only be fined if there is a radar that catches you going faster than the maximum speed of the road. How do they justify in those countries whether it is true or not that you are driving at a certain speed? Do they calculate it by eye? Because if you have to trust the integrity of the policeman when issuing a ticket... you're screwed.
