As a trial rider for many years, I only recently learned that HORSES DO NOT LIKE MOTORCYCLES. The horse rider is in more danger than the motorcycle rider because the horse can get scared and become unpredictable, possibly throw the rider. Now, if I encounter a horse, I shut the bike off and wait for horse and it's rider to pass.

A property owner has the right to use reasonable force to remove a trespasser from their property. If you assault a property owner in the course of trespassing that is a felony. Best not to be there in the first place unless you like to spend a lot of money on lawyers.
@@terryrobertson111 The operative word here is reasonable, nowhere does is say you can push someone off their bike, and no way is that removing them, i'd of defended myself and she'd be picking up her teeth.

@@dave_ryan She has the right to protect her property and evict a trespasser using reasonable force. Pushing someone off of their bike to prevent them from continuing to further trespass on their property would be deemed reasonable in any Court of competent jurisdiction.
