the reason why private property is such a big deal in america is because if you are injured on private property while trespassing you can sue the property owner

Don't get me wrong I ride diet bikes and atv's too but I have to chase off tresspasers on the daily because if they get hurt on my families property, we're legally liable for any injuries or damage to the tresspassers property... there's no "land insurance" or anything like that. Your commentary and lack of respect towards people in the comments really disgusts me to be honest...

Some people really don't understand the concept of liability on private property eh? By the way I'm not talking about the last guys in the utv, I'm taking about the creator of this compilation and some people in the comments.
In the US and Canada as far as I know and probably for multiple other countries, YOU ARE LIABLE for ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGE that occurs or happens on YOUR PRIVATE PROPERTY. Therefore, when there's trespassers on your property on atv's dirt bikes etc, it's not that we want to discourage them from riding, it's that we don't want to be LEGALLY responsible for any injuries or damage. A trespasser could litterally go on a private land/property, break his leg and sue the owner, and the owner would be found legally responsible. That's how it works here in western countries at the very least.
Finally a comment that speaks facts. Its the same in the UK (Yes I ride bikes and understand they are fun)
