They are absolutely the equivalent of the Litter Genie refills! I will never pay the high price of the litter genie refills again as long as Wellap continues to offer them at such a great price! Great video showing the steps to putting the refills in as I'm sure some people struggled with making sure the top lid that Wellap provided snaps do you know it is fitting properly on the top of the litter genie casing from the left over refill! It takes a couple of times to get the fill of it!Thanks for taking the time to make and share this video for all the fur-baby Mom's and Dad's! 🤔😎😁👌💖😻

The lid that goes over the cartridge will not snap back in.. everything is snapped in with the door provided.🙁
Yes I end up just putting the plastic cover on and when I close it it's fine. Been using it for a while doesn't really need the plastic lid but you can try to remove it without snapping all the plastic off.
