Hey Shaughn. Geomorphology is of great interest to me and I keep myself entertained while driving by looking around and deciphering the local mountain building processes. Prospecting and treasure hunting is my true passion in life and I do enjoy sharing and making videos however, I do guard some of my secrets ;). The LR Tacoma is really sweet for what it is, just be sure that you do not need a larger truck for towing. I did just check that other channel and really enjoyed the content there as well. Ima sucker for a well-formed orthoclase feldspar crystal but that's cause I don't chase gold or silver specifically unless its in wire or crystal form for display in my collection. As for the truck, been waiting since Aug 4th for the TRD Off-Road 4x4 in LR and am looking forward to exploring with asap once it finally arrives! haha Am personally really curious how those MT's you just bought are gonna work out when it gets snowy there soon. Looking forward to that content~ Best to you and yours!
I just bought a new SR5 4x2 extra cab metallic gray with a blackout badge and had my windows tinted in the front to match the privacy glass. it's way better looking and it definitely reduces the heat coming in to the cab. I live out here in Southern California near the beach and the UV has gotten a lot stronger in the last 51 years I've been living and it makes a big difference especially when you're on a long road trip like I was just the other week to Mammoth, my wife really love having the privacy tinted windows in the front it's a must do I paid 185 out here pretty sure it's cheaper in other states. 👍
Seriously you will love it Apa. I feel so much more comfortable in the truck with the tint. On my old Tundra I had a 30% regular tint and it faded quite a bit over 10 years. The ceramic supposedly won't fade. It can also be removed later for whatever reason. Yes, those are Salomon boots. They are lightweight and good for daily wear and light hiking. For steep and rugged hiking, I have much stiffer boots.
I had nano ceramic tints on my 2022 tacoma but whenever a sun would beam onto it, it would have this annoying cloudy/blurry blueish hue coming out of it.. Does yours do that?
When I first got the tint and it was still wet, it did have a weird hd filter look while looking through it. Now it seems fine and does not bother me. I had a non ceramic tint on my last truck and in about 10 years it faded by 50%
I would steer away from any type of bra for the front of your truck. My experience was fine debris gets underneath it and acts as sandpaper, causing damage to the paint. Love the truck, that color rocks. I have a 21 super white SR5. These trucks are fun to mod. 👊😁👍

U got cheap tint.. my tint guys uses llumar tint n it never fades even after 10 years

All states are different. It seems that glaring sun in your eyes would be more dangerous than sunglasses for a window.
