First time I heard this I thought the verses were a little awkward and campy? ...too easy with the cheerios and all........... but then I started crying. I can't give anything lower than a 9 to a song that makes me cry. Now I think the writting, the setting, the cherrios shows Mos humor. Pulls a laugh out of you right before you cry. Perfect country music.
When I found Mo singing an old classic song, I liked him immediately. He seems like such a genuine, good guy. I'm afraid that might hurt him a little. I had given up on country music until Mo came along.
He looks so young to have such a rich voice. He did capture that hug, touch, hello, that you may get after a break-up and how it feels. I really like him and his sister. Thank you to all that requested this! Thanks, Captain. Love and hugs for all~stay safe!
Love to listen to this young man He is one of the best voices, Don't understand why more people don't even know who he is, He is just wonderful . Thanks Don for doing any of Mo's music Love tour comments
Thanks Don for doing ANYTHING by Mo. I think this was from his 1st appearance ever at the Grand Ole Opry. He got a lengthy standing ovation after this song. Maybe the follow-up song will be from the produce section. There is a music video for this song and Mo plays the main actor. Lifetime channel could also make a movie to this song....they've done worse.
Wow. That rating was brutal...lol I was expecting 9.5 The next time you react to Mo , you need to play his song "COLORADO". If it doesn't bring a tear to your eye you aren't human...
@Gary Guinn It’s so hard rating some of these artists who are this good, so what I end up doing with them is comparing their songs to their other songs rather than to all of the other artists. Tyler Childers, Colter Wall, Jason Isbell, and so on are in leagues of their own so I end up rating their songs against their own libraries.
Love Mo's voice but this feels like a rewrite of Dan Fogelberg's "Same Old Lang Syne. Old lovers meet in the grocery store on Christmas Eve, and yes, I believe it was in the frozen foods. I think I prefer Dan's especially looking at life through experience.
@@PapaFixit I think the Fogelberg song is more complex and captures perfectly that sliver of life Don often references. The lyric "talked until our tongues grew tired" and the saxophone solo at the end are compelling. Thanks for checking it out.

Thanks Don so much for giving Mo as much air time as he deserves😻
Love this song. I have played it over and over. I feel like I'm standing in the grocery store with him!
only in country music, can a brief moment turn into a whole song
Such a great hook. I've been in this situation. It's not easy. Mo has such a smooth voice and he's a good Christian man

Don’t give up on country there’s plenty of good artists out there and thanks to Don for his channel it helps get those real voices out
Brilliant You just want to keep hearing Mo sing more and more
I have yet to hear a song of Mo's that I didn't just love. Video is real good!
How great I mention this song and here it is. I am over the moon

I'd never heard of him until a month ago
Thankful I did
I'll listen to anything Mo sings, or speaks. His voice is so soothing.
Thanks to you I have become a big Mo fan. Herd him for the first time on this channel. Been a fan ever since!
Brilliant I rate this song a 10

@@RockN2Country I forgot to mention that this the first time he performed this song, and he got a standing ovation there at the Opry.
I Rate this Song A 10
I am not much on the song, but I could listen to him sing all day. Please react to "Where I Find God" or "Working Man" by Larry Fleet.
best pure country since Daryl Singletary
Don that's very optimistic, aisle 6 maybe he will add another verse😻
morning Don broken hearts must suck be safe HAKAD
Only can moe tell it like it is.
there is a. video i have seen it
Hey Don. New viewer here. Check any song by Zephaniah OHora. Any of his songs could sound like old Merle Haggard B sides.
He's got a Merle/ Keith Whitley voice going on. Great honky tonk rock a Billy sound. Very good.

@Tupelohoney just checked out Dan Fogelburg,... You are 100% correct. That is an awesome song. Very well written. Well worth the listen.

You're absolutely right. Glad you mentioned it.
Tupelo Honey! That's exactly what i thought .
Don't revive my heart, country song title.
How can you even speak down on this song? I've been in this situation myself being a female!
