My best top speed was only 150 but I was down on boost and having issues with the elevation and heat I never made over 40 pounds after my first run so it was down on power for sure.
The Volvo awd setup doesn't allow a proper half shaft. I'm not sure about the S60R, but the S40 awd have a fat section of half shaft immediately outside of the transfer case. An s40 type half shaft will definitely help if your s60r half shaft is a consistent diameter from the carrier bearing to the differential.
Hey man I have a 2006 s60r with 70000 miles and have been looking how to properly piece this car. how did you first mod you engine before fully building it? I'm worried about the open deck block and other components that should be replaced and swapped when going up in power and mileage. Obviously yours isint a daily anymore but im looking for a setup like one of your previous versions.
I pushed it to the limit on the stock engine never broke anything and then decided to build it I mean sleeve or shim it throw a big turbo on there and turn it up man.

The heat and elevation and a slipping clutch not much I can do about heat and elevation new clutch inbound.

The power the car has tq steer and it has great tires and front and rear lsd’s it does it worse when it’s running more boost on the street.
