Hi...Thanks so much...I purchased from SewingMachinePlus.com it’s still on sale for $5,000 I’m financing through the company and I have zero interest for 3 years and I won’t be penalized if I pay off early...I think it’s a great investment for a multi needle machine and more affordable compared to the other brands
Does this machine come with the attachment to embroider baseball caps?
Hello! The baseball cap is not included with the manufacturers attachments (its only the three in video) however I have it as a bonus attachment through Sewing Machine Plus.

Hello I live in the US and have received the same machine two days ago. I made a design and saved it as a JEF file onto my usb, but when I insert my USB into the machine, it still has that red X over the USB photo and nothing happens. Please help!

Hi... Congrats on your purchase...In order to format the USB...the USB has to be Blank then you insert it into the machine in the LED screen as shown in the video...then you will power up your machine...use timstamp 4:30 as reference...the machine will create a folder called EMBF this will be how you can confirm it was formatted...then you can remove the USB and use your laptop/desktop to use and save your JEF designs
@@simplysabrinastitches8402 did you use the Janome brand 64mb usb? Or did you use a regular usb with a larger capacity size like 32gb or 64gb
@@kamedian1260 I used a regular USB but any one should work as long as its "blank"

Hello...I really like the machine...it's so convenient to use compared to my Brother 4x4 embroidery machine due to it being so time consuming having to change the thread and bobbin after each section...I recently had my Janome serviced for cleaning but no major problems.
