Hello - I recently purchased this machine but I keep seeing the "Rethread" machine error. I've checked thread and bobbin which are both fine. Have you see this error before and if so, how did you resolve it other than taking it to the technician?
How do you go back afew stitches ?My thread broke and I want to go back a few stitches to make it finishes correctly
How do you add lettering to a design?
Is it good for large custom jobs ?

Does this machine import and compile jpgs or are you limited to the stored designs ?
No you will need to buy the digitising software to convert jpgs to stitch files. No you can transfer designs to the machine using a USB.
@@Woodrowhandcrafts1 will the new Pallette v. 11 be compatible for this machine? I am all new at this. Thank you for any and all help!
Why isn’t my machine noticing my computer, it’s plug in both
Janome will not recognize large usb.USB.. 2gb is recommended

Can you do designs with more than 4 colors?
Yes, if the design is more than 4 colours the machine will shop after the 4th colour and you can retread the machine
I used this machine in my shop
Is it good for custom , hoodie making ? Would you recommend these days ? Or too old
