Thanks for the clear video. I was able to see the threading process which was my problem. Will you show how to properly thread and feed the bobbin. My Janome keeps braking the thread.

Hello....The Janome machine uses a JEF file format...you can find a lot of nice design on Etsy

Ok is this machine difficult to learn and do you need to purchase a separate Rca unit
Hello...I didn’t find it too hard to learn I watched the older videos on YT about this machine which helped... the rca unit comes with the machine and unfortunately it does not thread automatically...I’m not sure which ones offer that feature... I bet it out of my price range lol
hi I just got a janome and I uploaded the image from etsy to my flash drive but when I pull it up it doesn't seem to come up on the actual machine screen can u make a video showing how u did that

How do you change the colors on design that already in the machine or a design that you download on the machine. How do you merge designs. What ex frames should I buy to start and how do Trace with which needle for the ezfames so you won't hit the frames
Why do I keep having issues with not reading my design on my usb. I have a mb4s the correct usb gb... the design file size is not too big.. what else can I do?
Has the USB your using been formatted to the MB4s it should have been a blank USB and also are the designs being saved as a JEF file…sometimes I forget to choose the right one…if so I’m not sure what may be happening and I would call the people who sold you this machine and ask them to service it…hope this helps.
Hi how can I remove running stitches under the satin stitches for fonts to reduce my stitches
Hello…The fonts I purchased does not allow you to alter the stitches…the only time I’m able to edit or remove unnecessary stitches are when I’m doing an appliqué design…hope this helps!
