U should do a video about how someone that is considered one of the worst of his team or competition can drastically improve

In my opinion you are in the best position to improve incredibly fast. Not only do you have a coach to learn from, you have all of your teammates. I suggest journaling and writing down all advice given to you. Having this written down will allow you to focus on each thing individually, as the biggest challenge for this person is likely having to much to improve on. (This only works if you truly enjoy your sport and are able to put in all of the time and energy to working harder than everyone else) Lmk if this works, it has helped many of my close friends in the past

I always was just calm and trying to get focused all the time which I also felt nervous bc I thought if I get to hyped I'll lose focus but now ik that there is a middle ground of being hyped and being calm which now can help me strive better for the season

Could you do a video on Thiago Braz performace on Rio 2016? He wasn't favourite, and after a provocation from his adversary he jumpes 6m and broke the record, he never jumped that much before or after that.

Before a performance I usually try to conserve energy by not moving around too much, but I always get jittery and it’s distracting 😆 so I rly like this idea! Allow urself to move, jump, & fidget and then once u get it out u can truly center urself and focus before u begin the task that matters. I’m definitely gonna try it 👍 thanks man
