Thank you for noticing, I made it for the 85lb laminator I was repairing and it’s actually turned out to be pretty handy around the lab afterwards too!

Wow! The housing will never, ever rattle with 79,000 screws in it

Yamaha’s answer to cabinet rattle, “screw it!”

Yeah I just took mine apart there were like 58. Then I got it back together and realized I need to fix one more thing now...

For some time now, when I touch the body (except for the wooden part) or when I hit the keys a little hard, my piano makes a sound like a marble. This issue gets worse when I hold the pedal and play music.(I tried even when the piano is turned off and there is no electric current in it, it still makes this sound). What is the problem?
    My piano model is clp725

Hi, I'm familiar with the CLP-275 model, but not that specific issue. Have you tried adjusting the rotator underneath the pedals? The rotator is like a big screw that provides support to the pedals so they don't contact the floor. The pedals also have springs inside of them which could get rusty and might make a sound like you are hearing. Here's a link for the manual, it discusses the rotator on page 8.

@@mearslabyou mean the problem is for Pedal floor adjuster ? It is completely attached to the floor. Shouldn't it be the same?
