Happy New Year! I hope the New Year is wonderful for you and your little family. At home date nights can also be super fun, definitely agree making time for your partner is important. Can't wait to see what you get up too this year! My 2023 highlight was definitely buying and moving into our home and bringing our new kitten into the madness! 2024 I'm hoping to travel a bit more, qualify as a teacher and find a job, decorating is a slow process for us too, every time we want to paint it's wallpaper stripping, mould treating, filling, sanding and priming, always takes us like a week and a half! xxx
Your honesty is refreshing and very important. You're doing a great job but looking after yourself is looking after your children. It's the same thing. I would say going to doctor and seeking therapy is a good idea, especially if it helped before. Your words resonated with me greatly. Now I understand that you can love your life and still feel bad at times. Also, the body follows where the mind leads and vice versa. You don't need to ever feel bad that you have your own needs.
