I could not agree more on the Railmaster. I considered it for my milestone birthday, but it was not on my radar until I got one on wrist. I ultimately picked an Explorer II (when your wife okays that purchase, you go with it), but I think the fact that these are underrated and easy to pick up for a relatively low price (for the offering) had me thinking that could be a good pick up later. Can I nitpick a few things? Sure, but not at those prices. I definitely have been thinking about the Railmaster lately, though the TAG Skipper has been on my mind a lot. As for men's watches on women, I think both choices are great and the Daytona was the first one that came to my mind during the intro. I feel the Khaki Field Mechanical in white particularly looks good on a female wrist.
it was about 20 years ago when i walked into bailey, banks & biddle at perimeter mall and left with brand new speedmaster and aqua terra coaxial for under 3500 bucks out the door. today i learn that getting a used railmaster for less than that might be a heck of a deal! at a certain point in life, our mind breaks when it comes to prices. this is about when it happened to me and now i'm forever stuck in a world of $1600 speedmasters. and that was really paying a premium as you could get omega automatic chronographs for $500 at sam's club. yup, i'm just stuck. only homage watches can make sense to me now!
I just picked up a JLC Reverso ladies in quartz to give my daughter down the road. She’s 14 now so it will be several years from now but I think it’s timeless.
Love VCA but they mostly make ladies watches but their ladies watches are very nice. The finishing and designs are beautiful and you really need a loupe when holding one
Brand Ambassadors are lame my friend just sold a Omega Railmaster. He said the rotor was too noisy and he wasn't kidding. It was loud a very scratchy actually prefer the older Railmaster from the mid 2000s along with the chronograph version. One thing about my Rolex, Breitling and Heuer Monaco CAL-11. The rotors are quiet and smooth. I can't stand a loud rotor
The Railmaster is definitely under appreciated. Doesn't help that the line has been discontinued. I love my black dial version. It is a strap monster. The loud rotor is only noticeable if you actually shake the watch and listen for it. In terms of daily wear you won't hear it.
I don't think the Railmaster is versatile at all, particularly not the blue/white color palette. It works as a sport watch, but I wouldn't wear it with a suit. The classic Explorer, on the other hand, with its black and steel vibe is a LOT more versatile. And I'm one who prefers Omega to Rolex, but in terms of versatility it's no contest. I think the Aqua Terra is a lot more versatile than the Railmaster.
I think the Seamaster pro 300m is overdue for an overhaul. I'm praying for 39 or 40mm, without a helium escape valve. If they do that they have a real submariner contender. Roll that out with the new James Bond and I think they'll make a huge splash.
Don’t know what the hate for tattoos is for. I have full sleeves and wear my Cartier Santos as my daily. Class and tattoos aren’t mutually exclusive. 🤷♂️
@@MattSeesGray . No hate as I have tattoos as well. It is just that Beckham has them all over his hand so there is no contrast between the skin and the watch. It’s a bloody mess IMO.
I Love your Credor Fed, nice pick. Enjoy
Credo watch is nice! Traveling to Japan in 2 months. Any watches to consider? Maybe a waterproof sports watch.
Railmaster is stunning. But no micro adjustment

or just go vintage. But yes you're right with the crazy price increases. 1600$ in 2004 should be 2660$ now. But the watches are more like 6000$...
I often like your watches but that Credor is the first I am jealous of.
I’ve got the denim dial Railmaster; it’s a terrific watch with Omega’s modern specs!
I have the same watch, but my Si Longines Hydro is way more accurate than this Co-Axial
My daughter wears a Blancpain Villeret that I passed on to her. JLC Reverso would be a great ladies watch.

amzwatch watch are the best, I say this from experience.

I have a Tudor date day 36 mm. The essence of Tudor, Rolex quality at a more affordable price.

hey Fed, what about a two tone DateJust 36 on a woman, I gave mine to my wife and it looks great!
What’s going on with those marks on Fed’s hands?
My bed is the ultimate sleeper. Could use a nice understated Omega though.

Agree. I own the blue railmaster and it’s a great watch, sporty, good for summer but I wouldn’t wear with suite. The Explorer is super versatile.

I totally agree. Hopefully they don't do the milanese bracelet on the standard models. The clasps on them are terrible, so thick and clunky
My wife wears 46mm watches in flashy colours, and somehow it works. A woman of culture :)
My partner wears a explorer11 polar and it looks cool regardless it being 42mm , she sometimes wears my Daytona and yes it also looks cool
I agree about the Railmaster. A great option, and I'm sad it doesn't seem to get more traction in the market.
The classic Seiko Alpinist is weirdly perfect on a woman's wrist.
As a professional musician with some wrist snapping movements on the job, the aqua terra quartz is my sleeper
What shirt are you wearing?
Celebrity ambassadors work on normies. There are more normies buying watches than enthusiasts so the marketing works.
Thanks for the shoutout 😊 there’s gotta be more female watch geeks out there somewhere
what"s up with your hand dude? you should get that checked out
Best mens watch for ladies? Moonwatch! How do I know? Because my beautiful wife wears one (beside other pieces from Sinn to Citizen diver).
Girls and pre Daytonas has been a thing for 20 yrs. Except that in recent years no one can buy them.
Tudor with Lady GaGa is an example of terrible marketing
Agreed. Tudor marketing in general is vastly overrated. Best marketing in the game is honestly Hamilton IMO.
And Omega with Zoe Kravitz seriously LOL WtF were they thinking
@@ViolinistWilliamLongines with Jennifer Lawrence is fine
@@NCSheriff7that actually really worked.
Tudor has the worst marketing in modern history. It makes people want to not buy.
Tudor and David Beckham, what’s that all about? With all of those tattoos on his hands you don’t know where the watch ends and the tattoos begin.
His tattoos are ugly and lacking in class. I suppose the idea is to appeal to the youngsters who are in to Balenciaga, tattoos etc. Good luck Tudor

I think you left out men’s watches for women that used to be men , probably the Daytona 😉
Do sell any Von Queef watches?
They were selling the railmaster at Costco just a few years ago for about 4K.
Some of the smaller breitling super oceans look fabulous on a female.
Where can we ask him questions?
I'd like to love me a lady with a Daytona she bought herself! Maybe she'd let me drive her matching Ferrari ! 😅😅
Fed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
First!!
Well done!
If anyone knows a girl who wears a Daytona send her my way!
I know a few. Most are married though.
Leave my wife out of this
@@JamesDCornette 🤣🤣
Thumbs 👍
One must not forget Nick Faldo and AP!
Nick Who?!?
12th 😀
Best man's watch for a woman to wear is the Omega Seamaster.
