Thank you for the video! I've been practicing for over a year doing various stretches and am still struggling to get the back leg completely straight - any stretches in particular to help with that?
I say di the usual streaches nust do it linger on your leg that isnt flexible like maybe in your good leg you do 10 and in your bad leg you could do 15/20 seconds
I will try this i can't grab my leg from the back doing a lunge my hips move i will stretch 3 times a week will this help with my locked hips when i go into a split i go on my right side siting on the floor ❤
