Here in Brazil we call it a vitamin, we make it with all fruits and on the spot! We drink it fresh and can even find it in street stores!
I made this today but my own version. I used a coffee creamer and oat milk vanilla unsweetened and let me tell you IT WAS THE BEST THING I EVER MADE!! Also i didn't put any sugar in it since the creamer did that part. Thank you so much for this video!!💓🤗💕🦋💞

Here is a suggestion to get frothy banana shake:
Put the peeled and diced bananas in the freezer . When they become hard, put in the mixer with milk and sugar. You can mix cinnamon or green cardamom to get a nice flavor.

I have been doing this since I was a 7 years old kid...I'm 63 now. My method is to put one banana and sugar in a blender with cold milk, couple of ice cubes and blend to taste. You can add cut off pieces of bananas later. You can do the same with Strawberrys.

Why is that added? Does it help preservation? And why are the bananas wrapped in plastic?
@@tree20707 pretty sure its just to seal it well. Since it was a twist on cap it'd be easy for anyone to open if it was being sealed or delivered so I guess it's also for prevention(?) if that makes any sense.
As for the bananas, this is in Korea and I've noticed they often wrap small portions of food to be distributed or bought like that. You ask alot of questions so I'm just assuming you don't really explore much content from other countries 😂

How do you manage to keep the drink cool without spoiling the taste? Here in Brazil, we consume it right after preparation, otherwise the flavor changes quickly. I loved the video and I like Korean cuisine.

Coming from a Mexican family, we love banana milk. But we use a blender for ours. It's a frothy, thick, and yummy consistency. Some people add cinnamon. I only use unblemished, (a bit green) bananas and ice-cold whole milk! Delicious!!

@@danny5637 You can find H-mart in Virginia without too much trouble. I prefer Lotte for my Asian grocery needs, personally. There is one in Ashburn that is gigantic, with several bakeries, barbecues, jewelry stores, etc. in there, on top of the regular groceries. But any decently sized Lotte is good.

This preparation is very common in Brazil, we use not only banana, but also guava, passion fruit, mango, acerola, soursop and many other fruits, here we call it vitamina, I do this preparation a lot but with avocado, because it is greasy the emulsion is perfect

@@mgobisammy5690 I did not add preservatives. I cut the recipe in half and the amount it made was consumed within 24 hours. I also used an immersion blender to break the strawberries up into smaller pieces. It was absolutely delicious!

Quando quero algo mais rápido eu espremo a banana num prato com açúcar e leite em pó bastante leite em pó. Depois coloco essa mistura em um copo com gelo e adiciono água bem gelada e misturo com o canudo é bom de mais também dá pra adicionar uns morangos 🥰🥰
A de morango também é sensacional

Costumo preparar da seguinte maneira:
2 bananas
2 colheres(sopa) de leite em pó
100 ml de água gelada
Cubos de gelo agosto. (Açúcar é opcional). Bate tudo no liquidificador e fica muito cremoso! 😋😋
Ps: aqui no Brasil, especificamente na região nordeste, conhecemos como vitamina de 🍌. Más gostei muito do vídeo! 👍

Hola, genial la receta, en Argentina lo llamamos "licuado de banana con leche" el cual se consume en el momento porque si lo dejas aún refrigerado se torna de color oscuro y el sabor no es igual. Para la receta que acabas de compartir con la idea de envasarlo debería ir acompañado con algún conservante natural.
