    I bought a pair of his gloves to support the channel and the gloves are unreal good. I love them. If you haven’t yet grab a pair of his heavy bag gloves. 🥊

    the 600 calorie workout from Nate does it for me, i am 52 twice per week with weight training insane.

    Would you be able to do a similar drill on boxing mits, basic, or the century bob? I don’t really have access to a heavy bag. Cheers
