Hey Mel! Fun fact about murderfang! When he is shot or attacked in melee, he can actually do the WHOLE fight phase! Meaning that if he is within 4" of an enemy and gets shot, he can pile in, make attacks, then consolidate! In this case it would not only keep him alive, but also take down a couple wraiths! Hope this helps! Fenris Hjolda!
@@oppositionforces5988 he can! Rule says he can fight as if he was in the fight phase. When you fight, you pile in, make attacks, then consolidate. If it wasn't like that, it would say the he could make attacks as if he was in the fight phase:3
Well, at least on average, Mel and Bridger made the right amount of 4+ i vulnerable saves. You can see the tiredness in Mels eyes at about 1:30:00 when she fails all the saves and Bridger makes all his. Again 😅
Hey Bridger, I think you forgot that Spyders get 2 particle beamers so they they actually get 2D6 shots + blast per Spyder, not D6 + blast. Also there was an occasion late game where you forgot that Immortals reroll wound rolls of 1 and full wound rerolls if the target is on an objective.
@@avlaenamnell6994 Correct. Spyders are massively under-appreciated in 10th because a lot of people either don't know or forget that they have 2 beamers each. They can do decent work at range against large bricks of infantry and they can even take on some 2W infantry in combat if you want.
@@nightwatchm4n ive used them a few times i just had to couble check i was using them right, but yeah they can do a surprising amount of dmh, and they are fairly durable for their points. only downside is their speed, and they dont really work well with AD or hyper crypt which are the ones i play most.
@@avlaenamnell6994 While Canoptek Court is obviously the best detachment for them overall, I think you could get some defensive mileage out of them in Hypercrypt and Obeisance since Hypercrypt has the 4+ invuln strat and Obeisance has the minus 1 dmg strat -- might be useful as a cheap tanky unit to absorb a round or two of shooting and take the pressure off your dmg dealers.
@@nightwatchm4n For sure. they are still good in other detachments and the 4++ is real nice specialy with their nice wounds and 6+++. just cant do the normal uppy down shenanigans
I have watched parts of several Tabletop Titans battle reports with the Titans Terrain. I have yet to see models placed on rooftops or on the second level of ruins. Are the pop ups strong enough to support the weight of miniatures? Without sagging?
I have played and the watched many games of 10th and I have yet to see any models standing on ruins. There is not much to gain from doing it and you loose a lot of movement if you want to move.
I have the first set they did, and found that all infa try models can sit on their ledges easily enough, and support multiple models. Metal models are a bit more risky as they are significantly heavier.
I have the 2nd series and we don't have any issues putting models on second floors (don't have any metal ones tho except a little old callidus so can't speak to that)
Great game, as always Bit i got confused, since the TW Cav +1 damage effect pros on the charge fase and the C'tan halve damage procs later when the attacks were allocated, would'nt the damage still be halved? Can someone explain how those rules interact? Tnks and gg
It works like Melta. You'd use the order of operations. So they would deal 1 damage, which gets halved to .5 and then you add 1, making it 1.5 which gets rounded up to 2 damage. (1/2) +1.
Listening to you guys worried about Space Wolves losing a bunch of stuff and your reasons for playing Space Wolves. I'm over hear crying in Deathwatch (The only interesting Space Marines).
It is unbelievable how bad the measurement was for Loagan's charge turn 1. Please take a look at how units with large bases are moved around buildings. It hurts to watch.

That's actually kinda huge and would have had a massive effect on the game.
That wouldn't work because murderfang would have to be in engagement range to be selected to fight and thus pile in

@leanderr.karlsen9275 oh wow that's crazy, I stand corrected. What a corner case lol
Wow I was not prepared for The heroes of might and magic 5 reference. Great game
wolves really look good. I can not wait for them to get their refresh. Kind of wish there was a BEARS chapter but wolves aren't bad. lol
Doc Mel and the Space Wolves!! Yay!!
Damn! Mel is taking the lead when it comes to the Table Top hat game. Adrian and the rest needs to step it up! :)
The land raider has 2 flamestorm cannons so it should have been 2D6+6 and I think Mel only rolled D6+3

they would get the extra shots from blast twice right? because its 2 seperate weapons?

you cant atach both a lord and a chaptermaster to the same thunderwolf unit, its either one or the other, and then yue can add a battelleader
Logan is paired with a battle leader tho
