As a tuner that grew up in the late 90s/ early 2000s. This channel takes me back to so many good times in my EG6. Love your channel and been a happy viewer/subscriber for almost a year now. Thank you for sharing these awesome vids! Cheers
Just so much WOW in one video. I could watch videos like this all damn day! 😂 What a really cool walk-around of the Real shop that was. I could spend an entire day browsing through the piles of stuff on stuff on stuff! And ending the video with a really cool show-and-tell. I agree with leaving the rim wrecked…it has a story like that. Thanks again for another awesome video 👊🏼
Wow man! This was a great watch… got me all sentimental lol seeing these cars really brings me back to the first days of falling in love with these machines in the 90s!!! Still driving an eg to this day… Thanks for this treat!🙏🏼
I literally drove past this shop while on holiday road trip to Nara trying to find a famous ramen shop and those thoughts ran through my mind as I snapped a picture from the road. Glad to finally get to see what's going on inside that shop!
These are all dream cars for me, kinda crazy and kinda sad to see so many of these cars just being left out there to the elements. I hope someone is taking care of them / will get to them.
always look forward for japan trip videos cuz i know its always interesting....seeing you sending parts back feel like I'm gonna missed japan video knowing you going back!
Wow! Your videos are as awesome as usual. I love seeing those crx's and ef's but the blue one is beautiful, sure hope to see it up close without it being covered.
I used to live just around the corner from Real. If you follow down one of those small roads you will find a small garage that has lots of Honda Beats and Logos parked outside too. Maybe for next visit?
@@THECHRONICLES Fair enough hahah, good to know the Beats are still there, I haven't visited that shop in a while but used to stop by and say hello to the owner a lot when I lived in Yamatokoriyama.
Half of those "retired" cars at Real are better looking and in better shape than most of the Honda's here in the states. It's crazy how many of those rare parts and wheels that people here in the states pay top dollar for are practically junk just thrown around the place to them, lol. Do they know they're basically sitting on a gold mine? I mean, if they never plan on using those cars again, they can sell them to someone in the US and get good money for them.
I know I'm not supposed to care and I somewhat don't but people still say very negative things about Hondas especially the FWD ones. I know this could potentially affect some young enthusiasts. I'm glad your channel exists to help reassure them.your passion and high quality work speaks for itself. Thanks great vlog.👍🏾🔰🏎️
Love this Channel ! I love Japanese culture and cars, watching these videos motivates me to keep my eh3 in the purest Japanese style !! Thank you for making
If you have ever done custom exhaust on a EF moving the exhaust exit to the left side of the car shortens the exhaust about 2 feet. Advatages are weight saving and can ad a little power via less exhaust restriction.
17:40 - From what I understand, RAYS lists the worst load rating (which is usually for the 100mm) on all wheels with the same number of holes (4H, 5H etc), regardless of the PCD.
Pretty cool garage joey, please exploring hidden gem garage or junkyard which parts can be bought, because next year i will fly to japan for vacation and looking for parts for my eg,I hope to meet the chronicles team. Regrads from indonesia
So many amazing parts I'd love to put my hands on just withering away like a decrepit, retired old man just slowing wasting away a slow boring death. What a shame.. The old saying, "if you don't use it, you lose it" Is very true & unfortunately we are losing the majority of these gems, even within the last 5 years very difficult to source good parts. Thanks for the upload, it was a good way to spend my time today.
I’m curious about why there seems to be a lot of these abandoned cars, especially at tuning shops. Surely it would make sense to strip the useful parts off and just get rid of the shell, or sell it on?
ok my question is can you purchase these cars from these shops or are they done for & the shops just keep em there to rust away with time ?? i’ve always been curious about that but never recieved a solid answer
funny the type x rims, i have one of my senior chiefs has an imported db1 that he paid 7 grand for when he was stationed in japan, and it to has type Xs on it lol
I live in the U.S. I own a japan built Civic 08 and love it. It's a hybrid car. Am I said if you open the driver door says manufactured Japan you open up the driver door on a regular Civic it says built canada america built.
I got an 83 second gen dx1500 hatchback 3 speed automatic original EM1 motor just did a head gasket and put a new cam in getting 35 miles to the gallon right now
Who make a "decent" Split-4 Spoke like the Wheels on the Civics at REAL? I'd love to own a set of 16"×6" for my 2020 Toyota Yaris LE Sedan that I plan on installing a Supercharger to (for fun) because it is GUTLESS @106HP (stock), but it deserves to look nice! OE Icicle White Paint, the White (or repainted Red) would look nice. Then to lower about 1"-2" for Road Stabilization... Thanks for sharing, -T🖖 Western Washington State, USA

Wow, cool stuff there..Thank you for giving us some exploration of this hidden gem Joey!
REAL and Across have such an aggressive styling to their cars. Love it. Great video as always.

Awesome to see the EG9! Parts for these have become extremely expensive.
Can't wait to see how those new wheels look on your IS! I put 17x9.5+40 on mine, definitely needed some fender work but I think it looks great!

They’re likely there for parts or they belong to customers or friends so they just sit there until there is a use for them.
Take. My. Money... JUST TAKE IT!!!😂
The black EF on Starks takes me back
That’s real life heaven man!
Amazing cars that's so sad
Damn I wish I could get some parts for my CRX from that place!
ok my question is can you purchase these cars from these shops or are they done for & the shops just keep em there to rust away with time ?? i’ve always been curious about that but never recieved a solid answer
Wow, muchas partes y autos nostálgicos....👌

I saw a couple but nothing that was at any of these shops...
OMG 2:53,, That clean black EG! I Want it!
Damn those CE28 would be great on my ITR!!!!!
It saddens me to see this, because you don’t find these cars at all in Europe let alone fairly priced.
So him having the left hand drive eg in Japan is he like the cool kid cause he drives on the other side now?
funny the type x rims, i have one of my senior chiefs has an imported db1 that he paid 7 grand for when he was stationed in japan, and it to has type Xs on it lol
You are one lucky guy 😎 to have access to all this nice JDM stuff. I wish I can buy a set of TE37 wheels for a decent price and not an arm n a Leg…..😒
Everybody pays an arm and a leg.
What’s the Mitsubishi place at the beginning in the background?
I wonder how much a complete body dc2 without drive line would run shipped to the us

Would be nice if you were able spot a few Toyota Altezza wagons.
Does this company sell parts? And if so how can we purchase some
Those part so expensive here in malaysia.

Luckily i got one that z-spec dc2 rear trunk. In malaysia.

Does the company your making a vid at sell parts?

I got an 83 second gen dx1500 hatchback 3 speed automatic original EM1 motor just did a head gasket and put a new cam in getting 35 miles to the gallon right now
My type of Honda content, all abandoned.
Imagine stumbling into that yard and the owner says take your pick and having to choose between a DC2, an EG6, and an EK9... fuuuuu
I would love to get that z spec rear trunk!
Time passes sad end of life for the old générations of civic who made happy their former awners.
I love the Honda CRX
Soooo are you the parts plug ???

What’s different on the JDM tails for the GR86?
Lack of the built-in side marker
proof that I missed it. me wishing I was older haha
Overnight parts from JUHPAN!
are they for sale or not?
No they are not for sale
eg9 yes !!
Ek9 type R just sitting there with the red recaro seat on its side, what a waste.
All I want is an eg6 sir one piece long LED. That's it.
Well...at least they're not crushing them like here.
I see a lot the crx and hatchbacks
so sick
❤️
Can someone buy the cars that are left abandon ???
How come you guys pronounce it brid ?
Because the Japanese pronounciation is "Brid-o" and not actually "Bride" so some of us just choose to pronounce it as Brid
I need all the parts in LA
