I've never had anyone start tripping just because I'm reselling. Telling the truth is good karma, and there's no reason to bullshit anybody when you're not doing anything illegal or even immoral. And you should never feel guilty for doing this HONEST hustle called PC flipping. NEVER

Market is slow here too. I'm getting like 100 clicks over a week but just a few weeks ago some of my listings were getting 200-300 clicks in the same time period. The marketplace algorithm is bizzarre. So as a result I'm selling things for less profit than I normally would since I have a lot of inventory to move.

I have a office pc that I have been trying to sell with a 1660 super but people often just ignore it. Specs being i5-11400/Gtx 1660 Super and 8gb ram. Its listed like $369 + shipping on Jawa and so far no bites just lookers. Facebook is similar so rn I'm kinda stuck with it. The market feels like it took a major turn down when selling any PC with a GTX.
I do trades all the time especially for systems which are taking longer to sell. Not only can you usually get a good deal on whatever they're trading in, but it encouraged them to buy from you. Keep in mind I only take PCs and consoles in trades, sometimes other electronics like racing wheels. Can easily sell a PS5 in a day at a decent price compared to the time it takes to sell one $600 computer.
I put this at the very bottom/end of my ad descriptions: "*I am not accepting trade offers at this time" When I started doing that, I stopped getting trash trade offers.

Yeah, unless they had PC parts to trade, I'm just really not interested... and it's super unlikely someone would be looking for a PC if they have viable PC components, so most of it's crap I wouldn't be personally interested in or markets I have no experience selling in. My fav is when they say you can get "xxxx" amount selling whatever it is, and I'm like... then why don't you sell it? Then you'd have the money.

facebook algorithim is bad. i spam my listings on multiple accounts, different titles, and pictures. funniest part is the listings with good pictures barely got clicks while another listing with trash pictures got 1.2K views
I will take console trades on my PCs but I will only give them what game stop gives for cash on it. That way no listing system to sell just take it to the store and be done with it.
I got a trade for my pc i5 4460, rx 570, 8gb ram and rgb case. For this pc i got ps5, then i sold it like 25$ more than my listing price. Btw ps 5 was sold in 1 day.
AMD decided to sell their APUs as the 5000 series even though they're an older design. These APUs were the 5600g and 5700g. A 5500 is a 5600g that had a faulty igpu so they disabled the igpu and sold it as a 5500. The 3600 is a better CPU than the 5500 and usually cheaper and it can still be bought new. 3600 also has twice the L3 cache of the 5500.
Great video as always man, I have a question I'm hoping you can help me with, I currently have a build with a ddr 3 motherboard a i7-4790k and 16gb of ram and a GTX 970 , I got it a couple of years ago for 350 , I figured it was a great deal despite of it having older parts but now it's starting to get out dated to the point it won't run most games , I'm wanting to upgrade at least the mobo+CPU and ram so my question is how would you recommend I go about doing that, I'm on a tight budget as well, I want to be able to run Once Human at 1440p
You should just build a new pc those parts are too old. You can maybe keep the power supply and case if they’re still good. Buy used to get better prices.
100 bucks is 100 bucks, nice. Just don't get the case though . These mATX fish tank style cases are mostly trash. We don't get that Aqua in our market, but the rage here is the Antec CX200M. Molex fans in 2024???? And then the two intakes on the PSU basement normally can't be used (as you mentioned in the vid), because there is no space, unless the GPU is a really thin boy. So the temps in these must be horrible...

Rtx 7600 and the Ryzen 4070 is the best combo for 1440p gaming according to ztt
The 4070 has memory bandwidth bottlenecks at 1440p due to its low L2 cache and 192bit bus. Also 6 cores is kinda low for a mid range build.
