All thanks to actually looking on Marketplace for once, i appreciate your videos as I wasnt sure about Marketplace.. but turns out there can be some sick deals to be had. Sir, don’t give up like I do every once in a while. I had one video pop off but have gotten no ideas as I constantly look for ideas I might have to change my content up. Just don’t do what I did and make daily uploads for something like what I did, soccer edits. If you are extremely passionate about what you make videos on then you WILL become successful kind of like my most popular video I made. I achieved a pretty nice view count on it and I edited some funny soccer clips and a new edit every few seconds. I assume you probably don’t want to do soccer edits but that’s what I found worked for me on some videos. Bottom line is just do what you like and eventually you will get to be a great content creator. I just know it. Good luck bro on your journey and I’ll subscribe to you to watch your journey. Cheers, Brunelle46
Been buying and selling computers since 2022. One thing I'll tell you now is that people are cheap. They WILL NOT hesitate to buy a $20-$40 Desktop/Laptop that I list for parts. On the other hand, a nicely cleaned midspec laptop will stay listed for weeks on end until I end up having to relist it as an auction or cut the original price by 50%. Sometimes you really have to cut your losses on certain items. Popular/Known gaming pcs will grab more attention than custom built ones. Made Roughly $75 in profit flipping an abused Acer Nitro 5 that's seen better days. That thing was gone within a few days of listing it on eBay.
@@DisasterProblemits cuz people are ridiculous... the real issue is your market just doesn't support it... if you don't have a micro center or large pc parts store in your area it is a pretty big indicator that pc are not a strong market there
I've been building pc's for friends and family using new parts from Amazon and newegg primarily using cheap parts like the 550 motherboard r5 3600 or 5600, arc GPUs or the ryzen 6600, 7600 whatever they requested! Surprisingly I made a decent profit! I just love building and learning new things! I love your channel keep up the grind my friend!
I just listed on Ebay a new MSI 1050 Ti in OB with all port covers CD, manual etc. Never used only for testing for $79 + shipping. I don't do FB marketplace because I'm out in the sticks 50 miles from nearest town. Selling online which is all I can to source parts and buy them really sux and cuts into profit because of shipping.
Old hardware is hard to sale. If it were me: I would sell it for around 250-300$ because the platform is completely dead (AM4 is still not dead is my eyes). Still for 200$ the pc, that you built, can still handle gaming in 1080p on low/medium settings, but for a flip: I don't see it making much profit. Overall great video and I wish you best of luck in future flips.
My next build will probably look the best than any of my others, ill make 100-200 depending on negotiation in profit, and it’s parts are below. Case: DIYPC DIY-Cube01-W Fans: VETROO 120mm ARGB WHITE Mobo: Machiner X99 Board from eBay CPU: i7-6800K Thermal Paste: some sort of corsair paste GPU: MSI MECH RX 5700 RAM: OLOY 16GB RGB DDR4 (white) SSD: 1TB NVME Cooler: VETROO WHITE FAN COOLER PSU: Redragon 650W PSU + Asiahorse extensions
I think what you should do is split the good parts from the older parts. Try and build a budget banger with the i5-4460 and 1050 ti in the free case and sell that for 200. Than redo the challenge with the 10400f and the GTX 980 in the RGB case.
@Elijahs Lab I’m in the same boat my guy, I did a pretty clean $550 Ryzen 5 5500 + RTX 3060 Build on my channel.. annddd sadly it’s been like 2 weeks now.. and haven’t quite had any real leads yet.
